Presente perfecto simple "He has eaten a hamburger." He said that he had eaten a hamburger. 
Presente perfecto continuo "He has been eating a hamburger." He said that he had been eating a hamburger.
Pasado perfecto simple "He had eaten a hamburger." He said that he had eaten a hamburger.
Pasado perfecto continuo "He had been eating a hamburger." He said that he had been eating a hamburger.
Futuro simple "He will eat a hamburger." He said that he would eat a hamburger.
