📖 Reading: The Red Frontier: Living on Mars
How will people survive there? Astronauts will use advanced technology to extract oxygen and resources from the Martian soil. Robots will perform the most dangerous tasks outside the domes. We won't need to import food because solar-powered farms will produce everything locally. However, life will definitely be challenging because of the low gravity and the remote location.
Will normal tourists travel to Mars for holidays? Perhaps, but the launch of a spaceship will still be very expensive. We won't solve all our problems on Earth easily, but maybe the discovery of new planets will help us understand our own home better. Technology will transform our destiny eventually.
