Next July, my family and I are going to have a very special vacation. We are going to travel to New York City for ten days! I am so excited because I am going to see the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building for the first time.

We are going to stay in a modern hotel in Times Square. My dad is going to book tickets for a Broadway musical, but we are not going to watch a horror play because my little sister is afraid of monsters. Instead, we are going to see The Lion King.

My mom is going to visit several art museums like the MoMA, but I am not going to spend all day inside buildings. I am going to walk through Central Park and I am going to ride a bike there. Are we going to eat typical American food? Yes, we are! We are going to try the famous hot dogs and giant pizzas. It is going to be an unforgettable experience!
